If the use area of the elevator car does not exceed the national standard limit of 1.6 square meters, the Home Lift can be designed. If the embedded part of the elevator is 1100mm wide x 100mm deep, then the elevator can guarantee 700mm wide x 700mm deep. This specification means that it belongs to a relatively small specification. In addition, the elevator shaft of the elevator car with too small parts must be constructed with steel frame structure to save part specifications as much as possible.
Generally speaking, it is suggested that the elevator specification can guarantee the specification of 1200mmx1300mm, and the embedded size is 1800mmx1600mm. Generally, there are two kinds of traction Home Lifts: sensing door and hand-held door. Therefore, these two kinds of door opening methods should be considered in the design scheme. Take the door with a width of 700mm as an example. If the elevator car is designed according to the full-automatic middle door closing scheme, the necessary net total width of the elevator shaft is 1550mm wide. If the elevator car is designed according to the full-automatic side door closing scheme, the necessary net total width of the elevator shaft is 1300mm wide. If the elevator car is designed according to the manual sliding door design scheme, the necessary width of the elevator shaft is 1100mm.
