The Cathay electric suction cup cart is simple and convenient to operate. Equipped with a small mobile lifting glass cart vacuum suction cup loading system, it can perform vacuum suction operations on various metal sheets such as iron, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The equipment uses an electric vacuum pump to create a vacuum negative pressure, allowing the suction cups to firmly adhere to the metal surface, ensuring a stable and reliable connection. The suctioned workpiece can be tilted, rotated, and moved freely, accurately delivered to the designated workstation, achieving damage-free handling of heavy materials.

The entire machine is equipped with a vacuum accumulator, providing excellent control performance and stable operation. The distance between the suction cups and the crossbeam is flexibly adjustable to accommodate suction operations on sheets of different sizes and specifications. It features an energy-saving vacuum generator unit, effectively saving energy consumption and operating costs.

The Cathay-XC model can achieve 360° continuous full-circle rotation, using an electronic control mode to manage the gas suction and exhaust process. It also features left-right and horizontal fine-tuning functions, making it suitable for large-volume glass transfer in factories and the reinstallation of large outdoor glass curtain walls.

Working Principle: The suction cup trolley's control handle integrates forward/reverse movement, power start/stop, and horn control functions. Vehicle movement is achieved by a drive motor transmitted through a gearbox, and braking utilizes an electromagnetic braking structure with direct pressure braking from the brake pads. When the control lever is moved to the limit position, the drive motor automatically locks the brake; when placed in the neutral position, forward and reverse movement can be freely switched. Pushing the lever upwards starts the hydraulic pump station, and pressurized oil pushes the cylinder to lift the boom; pushing the lever downwards depressurizes the cylinder and lowers the boom; pushing the lever forward extends the hydraulic cylinder and extends the boom; pulling the lever backwards retracts the cylinder and closes the boom. The entire operation is smooth, precise, and controllable.
