Glass Lifting Robot
The XC‑L Series glass lifting robot range includes five models from XC‑L300 to XC‑L800 with rated capacities spanning 300~800kg. Equipped with 4‑pad, 6‑pad or 8‑pad assemblies, the unit delivers a maximum lifting height up to 5 meters, covering handling demands of regular window glass as well as large‑size curtain‑wall panels. Built with a mobile chassis, it works well both on smooth indoor floors and uneven job‑site ground. Its adjustable suction frame supports optional sponge pads and custom curved‑glass frames to handle textured panels and bent glass for special‑purpose projects.

Integrated with hydraulic telescopic boom and dual‑circuit vacuum system, the glass lifting robot offers three control options: manual onboard handle, fixed‑speed wireless remote controller and proportional variable‑speed wireless remote controller.
The suction frame performs 180° vertical flip, 360° rotation and 100 mm lateral side‑shift for precise panel positioning during installation. Multiple redundant safety mechanisms including dual vacuum gauges, low‑vacuum audible alarm and emergency stop safeguard operators and loads amid heavy‑duty indoor and outdoor operations.
