1、 The lubricating oil between the shaft sleeves of the elevator is easy to be diluted in the high temperature environment, so it is easier to flow out from the gap between the shaft sleeve and the shaft, resulting in dry grinding between the shaft sleeve and the shaft sleeve, reducing the service life of the equipment, and at the same time, it is easy to make abnormal noise on the platform. Therefore, it is necessary to add lubricating oil properly.
2、 Pay attention to regularly check the distribution box. The electrical appliances in the distribution box are easy to generate heat under long-time working conditions, and the temperature in the distribution box will be higher under high temperature, and it is easy to leak electricity; For the elevator with battery, pay attention to regularly check the liquid level of the battery, replenish distilled water in time, and dredge the vent to maintain a good charging state.
3、 Prevent the engine of the elevator from overheating. If the temperature of the engine is found to be too high, it is necessary to choose a cool place to stop the machine for cooling. The engine cover of the elevator can be lifted for ventilation and heat dissipation; You can carry the necessary bucket, anti-skid chain and triangle wood before operation as required for emergency use.
