No matter which direction the lifting platform touches objects, it can play a protective role. The anti-collision frame and the lifting platform are connected by a steel wire rope. The function of the steel wire rope is to buffer the collision and reset the anti-collision frame during recovery. Due to the poor elasticity of the steel wire rope when it is bent, the resettability of the anti-collision frame is not good. In order to prevent the splint connecting the wire rope and the anti-collision frame from protruding, the outer edge of the anti-collision frame can be concave inward, and the corner of the anti-collision frame adopts an arc transition. For switch action, two travel switches are usually used, which are arranged on the diagonal of the bottom of the lifting platform.

     In the second improvement, aiming at the disadvantage of poor resettability of the steel wire rope, referring to the connection method of the anti-collision frame of the BRONTO fire truck lifting platform in Finland, the steel wire rope is changed to a spring component, and the spring is arranged vertically, and the reset effect is almost completely reset. According to the size of the lifting platform, 3 to 4 spring components can be used to connect the anti-collision frame. When there is no collision, the spring is in a free state, and the anti-collision frame is connected to the lifting platform by the zipper in the spring ring, and the spring is deformed when the collision occurs. The stiffness of the spring should be moderate and meet 2 requirements:

(1) The influence of motion inertia should not cause the anti-collision device to act;

(2) The contact force between the anti-collision frame and the object should not be too large. The third improvement The photoelectric switch used for anti-collision of the lifting platform should choose the diffuse reflection type. When the modulated light emitted by the emitter (light emitting diode) falls on the object of any shape and color, the light is diffusely reflected. , and part of it returns to the receiver of the switch, and the switch operates when the intensity of the received light is sufficient. The distance at which the switch operates depends on the material, shape, size, color and surface texture of the object.
