1 Choose the right hydraulic oil
Mechanical hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, lubricating, cooling, and sealing in the hydraulic system. Improper selection of hydraulic oil is the main reason for early failure and decreased durability of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be selected according to the brand specified in the random "Instruction Manual". When a substitute oil is required in special circumstances, its performance should be the same as that of the original brand. Hydraulic oils of different grades cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reactions and performance changes of hydraulic oils. Hydraulic oil with a dark brown, milky white, and peculiar smell is deteriorating oil and cannot be used.
2 Prevent solid impurities from entering the hydraulic system
Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. There are many precision couples in the hydraulic system, some have small damping holes, some have gaps, etc. If solid impurities invade, it will cause straining of precision coupling parts, pinning, blockage of oil passages, etc., endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. Generally, the ways for solid impurities to invade the hydraulic system are: unclean hydraulic oil; unclean refueling tools; careless refueling and maintenance; The intrusion of solid impurities into the system can be prevented from the following aspects:

A. When refueling, the hydraulic oil must be filtered and refilled, and the refueling tools should be reliable and clean. The filter at the filling port of the fuel tank cannot be removed in order to increase the fueling speed. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and overalls to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
B. During maintenance, disassemble the oil tank cover, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic oil pipe, and other parts of the hydraulic oil tank. Avoid dust when the system oil passage is exposed. The disassembly part must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. For example, when removing the fuel cap of the hydraulic oil tank, first remove the soil around the fuel tank cap, loosen the fuel tank cap, and remove the sundries remaining in the joint (do not wash with water to prevent water from seeping into the fuel tank), and open the fuel tank cap after confirming that it is clean. If you need to use a wiping material and a hammer, you should choose a wiping material that does not remove fiber impurities and a special hammer with rubber attached to the striking surface. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled after drying with high-pressure air. Choose a well-packed genuine filter element (the inner packaging is damaged, although the filter element is in good condition, it may not be clean). When changing the oil, clean the filter at the same time. Before installing the filter element, use the wiping material to carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter housing.
C. Cleaning of the hydraulic system
The cleaning oil must use the same brand of hydraulic oil as that used in the system. The oil temperature is between 45 and 80°C. Use a large flow rate to remove impurities in the system as much as possible. The hydraulic system should be cleaned repeatedly more than three times, and after each cleaning, all the oil should be released from the system while it is hot. Clean the filter after cleaning, replace the new filter element, and add new oil.
