At the core of the Glass Lifting Robot is a hydraulic telescopic boom paired with a reliable dual-circuit vacuum system. The suction frame supports 180° vertical flipping, 360° free rotation and 100 mm lateral side shift, allowing fine alignment of panels to match installation openings. Three control modes are available: local handle control, fixed-speed wireless remote control and proportional wireless remote control. The proportional remote version enables smooth, precise speed adjustment for delicate fitting work, which greatly reduces the risk of collision or glass cracking.
The dual independent vacuum circuits provide redundancy. It is fitted with vacuum pressure gauges, low-vacuum audible alarms, emergency stop buttons and anti-burst hose protection. Once vacuum pressure drops below the safe threshold, the alarm activates to remind operators to take action. The whole series conforms to EU machinery standards and relevant international safety specifications, making it qualified for export to Europe, Australia and other overseas markets.
