2. The worm gear box should be filled with standard and sufficient lubricating oil to ensure good lubrication of the worm gear and worm pair.
3. The inner bearing of the roller in the drive device is well lubricated, and a complete lubricating grease film surface is maintained between the cambered surface of the roller and the main chord of the aluminum alloy hydraulic lifting platform. A good lubricating grease film surface can reduce wear and reduce noise.
4. The coaxiality of the motor shaft and the worm shaft in the drive device of the aluminum alloy hydraulic lifting platform should be less than 0.1mm, and the shaft end should have a clearance of 2mm to ensure that the motor bearing bears a reasonable load and reduce the noise of motor operation; the motor brake anti-return bearing remains intact .
