As the use of the lifting platform becomes more and more extensive, some faults also surface, which is inevitable. As long as the maintenance and maintenance are done regularly, the probability of faults can be reduced. In the process of using the lifting platform at ordinary times, some customers will encounter that the hydraulic pump station cannot be started normally. What is the problem?
1. First check whether the power supply fuse is blown. It usually occurs when the power supply is connected to normal and cannot operate. Because one phase is broken, the motor of the lifting platform starts with a single phase, and the starting torque is zero, and the motor cannot rotate. At this time, a new fuse should be replaced.
2. The stator winding is short-circuited, grounded or open-circuited between phases. When the winding is grounded at the grounding plate of the lead wire, the junction box should be opened to check. When the circuit is open, not only the motor, but also the control equipment wiring should be checked. If the AC contactor touches The line cannot be connected due to the poor contact of the head. Use sandpaper to smooth the contact spots of the contactor. At the same time, check the suction and disconnection, whether there is any jamming phenomenon, and replace the contactor if necessary.
3. The load is too large or the transmission is faulty. Generally, it is reasonable for the lifting platform to match the power of the motor. The lifting heavy object cannot be overloaded. If it cannot rotate, remove the load first. If the motor can start normally, it means that the transmission such as the gearbox If the mechanism is faulty, check the dragged mechanism and clear the fault.
