Recently, to further verify the all-terrain operational reliability of our equipment, our factory conducted a special steep slope climbing performance test on our tracked articulated boom aerial work platform. This test simulated real and complex working conditions such as mountain construction sites, slope construction, and steep slopes in gardens. The equipment operated smoothly throughout the test, meeting performance standards and successfully completing all climbing test items. This signifies that the platform's ability to perform complex terrain construction has once again been authoritatively verified.
This test focused on verifying the equipment's extreme climbing ability, walking stability, body leveling, and load safety performance. During the test, the equipment successfully overcame slopes exceeding 30°. The tracked walking system demonstrated strong traction, with no slippage, getting stuck, or deviation throughout the test. Utilizing a high-strength rubber track structure, the equipment evenly distributes pressure on the body, making it suitable not only for muddy, gravelly, and soft slopes but also effectively protecting road surfaces and vegetation, balancing passability and site adaptability.
Addressing the safety challenges of slope operations, the equipment's one-button hydraulic automatic leveling system plays a crucial role, quickly calibrating the machine on sloping surfaces. Combined with an intelligent hydraulic anti-eccentricity load algorithm, it effectively avoids safety hazards associated with lateral and offset operations. Simultaneously, the fully proportional continuously variable transmission and tortoise-and-hare mode precisely adapt to the needs of climbing acceleration and slow, stable operation. The dual control system offers smooth operation, allowing test personnel to monitor the equipment's operating status in real time.
This slope climbing test was a complete success, fully demonstrating the excellent off-road capability and adaptability of the tracked articulated boom lift.
