CATHAYLIFT Mini Order Picker: The Narrow-Aisle Savior for Small Warehouses

Just outside Toronto, the manager of a small convenience store warehouse stood in front of the shelves, frowning.

The warehouse aisles were less than a meter wide-too narrow for standard equipment. Workers had to climb ladders every day to reach goods on shelves over four meters high. Efficiency was terrible, and back strains and minor injuries kept piling up. But imported narrow-aisle order pickers cost over a hundred thousand dollars-far beyond a small warehouse's budget.

A dealer recommended CATHAYLIFT's Mini Electric Order Picker-only 850mm wide, with a maximum lift height of 4.5 meters. It fit the warehouse conditions perfectly, at just half the price of imported brands.

On delivery day, workers mastered the controls in under half an hour. The machine moved nimbly through tight aisles, turning in place as smoothly as a fish. The manganese steel rails and reinforced body kept the platform rock-steady even at full height-workers felt completely safe up there.

After a month, the manager ran the numbers and was stunned-the electricity bill was less than what they used to spend on ladders and overtime pay. The maintenance-free lead-acid battery required no frequent servicing; workers just used it and forgot about it.

Even more surprising was the durability. After months of nonstop use, the frame, rails, and wheels showed virtually no wear. The control handle responded just as crisply as the day it arrived.

"Tough as nails. Far exceeded my expectations," the manager told the dealer.

Word spread quickly. Three nearby warehouse operators came to see it for themselves. Watching this compact machine glide effortlessly through aisles less than a meter wide, they placed orders on the spot. Within months, that one little CATHAYLIFT order picker had led to three referrals.

Good things don't stay hidden for long-everyone finds out eventually.
