Intelligent rotary main arm system: the hydraulic locking device and high-precision positioning sensor work together to achieve rotation Angle ±1mm positioning accuracy, supporting continuous operation without dead Angle;
Dual mode wireless remote control: equipped with industrial anti-interference remote control terminal, the operation radius extends to 200 meters, while retaining the manual intervention mode in emergency state;
Five safety protection system: integrated overload automatic power off, tilt protection, electronic fence, mechanical brake redundancy and real-time condition monitoring, fault warning response time is shortened.
Compared with traditional fuel equipment, the energy consumption of this series is reduced by 35%, the annual carbon reduction of a single unit can reach 12 tons, and the noise value is controlled below 65 decibels, which is especially suitable for automobile production lines and precision instrument workshops with strict environmental protection requirements.
Scene breakthrough: from standardization to customization
The CRANE series offers modular configuration options for different industry needs:
Automotive industry: Optional electromagnetic suction cups and flexible spenders, suitable for high-frequency transfer of body parts;
Port storage: Upgrade the anti-corrosion fuselage and IP65 protection level to cope with high humidity and dusty environment;
