The return oil from the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve. The rated pressure is adjusted through the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is observed through the pressure gauge. Many people say that the hydraulic lifting platform makes a lot of noise after it has been used for a period of time, which brings great inconvenience to daily use. Let's take a look at the reasons:
1. The rollers on the upper and lower tables of the hydraulic lifting platform mechanism are severely worn and deformed or the surface smoothness is poor, resulting in high noise or shaking of the hydraulic lifting platform when the rollers move in the guide groove. The main reasons are that the processing accuracy of the roller is not enough, the surface smoothness is poor, the roller has not undergone heat treatment, the hardness is not enough, the surface of the guide groove is rough and the smoothness is poor, which aggravates the wear of the roller.
2. Due to the lack of lubricating oil for a long time, the roller bearing of the hydraulic lifting platform is damaged, resulting in vibration or large noise of the roller in the moving mode. The treatment method is very simple, just replace the roller bearing
3. The shaft sleeve or shaft connected with each support arm or support rod of the hydraulic lifting platform has a large noise during lifting and lowering due to a long-term lack of lubricating oil. In this case, the lubricating oil can be added. If the lubricating oil still does not work, the wear condition of each shaft sleeve or shaft shall be checked. If the wear is serious, the shaft sleeve or shaft shall be replaced
4. When the hydraulic lifting platform with high lifting height contains guide rail, if the bearing of the guide wheel or side wheel is damaged, the friction between the guide wheel and the guide rail will also produce harsh noise during the lifting process.
