1、 Replace the steel wire rope. One of the components of the hydraulic elevator is the steel wire rope. The steel wire rope plays a balancing role. It moves with the lifting and lowering of the platform, so there will be some wear. Therefore, the steel wire rope should be replaced every other time, and lubricating oil should be added to improve the service life of the steel wire rope.
2、 Replace the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic elevator belongs to the hydraulic equipment, so it needs hydraulic oil to drive the platform to rise and fall. The hydraulic oil will be liquefied for a long time, which may cause the lift to fail to rise. Therefore, it should be replaced regularly to prevent the hydraulic system from being damaged, which may cause the lift to fail to use.
3、 Add lubricating oil. The details of lubricating oil may be ignored by many people. Lubricating oil is usually added to some detents, guide rails, chains and wire ropes of the equipment. Because these places are seriously worn, adding lubricating oil can better reduce the wear and reduce the occurrence of faults.
