As the use of the lifting platform becomes more and more extensive, some faults also surface, which is inevitable. As long as the maintenance and repair are done in ordinary times, the probability of failure can be reduced. The following will take you to understand the reasons why the hydraulic pump of the lifting platform cannot be started.
1、 First check whether the power fuse is burnt out. It usually occurs when the power connection is not working normally. If one phase is broken, the motor of the lifting platform will be started in single phase, and the starting torque will be zero, and the motor will not rotate. At this time, replace the new fuse.
2、 The stator winding is short circuited, grounded or open circuited. When the winding grounding occurs at the grounding plate of the outgoing line, the junction box shall be opened for inspection. In case of open circuit, not only the motor shall be checked, but also the wiring of the control equipment shall be checked. If the line cannot be connected due to the poor contact of the AC contactor, the contact marks of the contactor shall be smoothed with sandpaper. At the same time, the connection and disconnection conditions shall be checked to see if there is any jamming, Replace the contactor if necessary.
3、 If the load is too large or the transmission is faulty, it is generally reasonable for the lifting platform to match the power of the motor. The lifting weight cannot be overloaded. If the motor cannot rotate, the load shall be removed first. If the motor can start normally, it indicates that the transmission mechanism such as the reducer is faulty. The driven mechanism shall be checked and the fault shall be removed.
