Hydraulic driven self-propelled scissor lifts are mainstream equipment in the aerial work field. They rely on hydraulic motors to achieve unified power output for both walking and lifting, unlike purely electric models. With their high precision, low wear, and low noise characteristics, they are widely used in factory maintenance, shopping mall renovations, municipal maintenance, and other scenarios. Mainstream products cover working heights of 6-16 meters (lifting 6-14m), forming the CLS series standardized product matrix.
Mainstream products in the industry are divided into standard models and narrow-body S models. The standard model has a load capacity of up to 450kg, while the narrow-body lightweight model typically has a load capacity of 230kg. The minimum body width is reduced to 780mm, suitable for narrow passages and elevator access requirements. Most are equipped with a 900mm telescopic platform to expand the working area. The entire machine is powered by a 24V DC battery, with a maximum climbing slope of 25%, allowing stable operation on slopes of 1.5°~3°.
The product comes standard with an electro-hydraulic proportional control system, pothole protection, tilt alarm, emergency descent valve, and other multiple safety features. Foldable guardrails and non-marking PU tires are suitable for interior environments. Body color and operating voltage can be customized to meet specific needs. As mechanized aerial work replaces traditional scaffolding, 6-14m hydraulic self-propelled scissor lifts continue to be a necessity in industrial aerial work.
