For safe operation, the following procedures must be followed in assembling the platform.
1. When placed at the working site, the ground must be even and solid, so to make it easy to be placed evenly.
2. The following procedures must be followed when installing the supporting leg-frames；
3.. Take out each of the supporting leg frames hidden in the socket beside the standing pillar, plug them one by one into the base bottom socket, and get them locked.
4. When all the supporting leg frames are fully inserted and well locked, turn each of the screw bars which is on each of the top of the supporting leg frames, so as to make them contact the ground firmly.

6. Observe the water level gauge, and adjust the water bulb to the center place.

8. During an operation, it needs two men cooperate.
9. Use a supporting pillar to turn the two side rails up to 180°, then fix them by using a plug bolt and confirm that the rails are not possible to turn down which may cause injury.
10. The operator gets into the working platform, closes the two moving doors from inside to outside, pulls the hand ring to make the lock to fix the steel tube of the rail, and confirms they have been firmly locked together, a combination of the platform rails is completed at this time.
11. When disassembling the rails combination, just do it according to the contrary steps of the above sequence. Never make it turn down suddenly.
12. Connect the power by following the steps below.
13. First insert the power plug into a power socket, then turn on the power switch which is in the ground control platform, the emergent stopping button is in the jump-up position at this time, then check it up to ensure that the manual emergent descending valve is in the lock position.
14. Turn on the switch, and the indication lamp lights up, this shows that the power is connected. When all four red indication lamps of the supporting legs (in the place near the frame leg sockets on the chassis) light up, it can be started.
15. When there is no man in the platform, turn the power switch key to the ground control position. At this time, the power indicator lamp lights up, this shows that the power for the ground operation is connected, and the operation on the ground can be started, when the operator on the ground press the “ascending” button, the platform will start ascending till it reaches to the needed height when he releases pressing on the button, the ascending will stop, but when the operator presses on the “descending” button, the platform will start descending, when it reaches to the needed position, just release the pressing, its descending will stop.

16. Only when everything is confirmed OK, can the operator get into the high platform to start the operation. First, turn the power switch to the position of the high platform, the operator on the high platform presses the “ascending” button, and at the same time the button in the middle, the platform will start to ascend. The ascending height can be freely controlled by the operator, and when it ascends to the desired height, release the press, and the ascending will stop. Then working on the platform can be started.
17. When work is completed, the operator on the platform presses the “descending” button and at the same time the button in middle, when it descends to the lowest limit, the operator on the platform can leave off the platform.
18. When the platform is empty with no man, turn the power switch key to the off position, and then pull out the power plug and has it stored.
19. Hide the supporting legs in the socket beside the pillars.
2.. When power is incidentally cut off during operation, the operator on the ground can descend the platform to the lowest position by manually turning the descending valve.
