1. After the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic lifting platform, the fixing problems of the hydraulic pump, motor, valve, and hydraulic installation are likely to cause vibration and produce a lot of noise.
2. There is noise in the hydraulic cylinder. When changing the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic lifting platform, due to operating errors, there is air in the hydraulic cylinder. Under the action of high pressure, it is easy to produce cavitation phenomenon and generate high-frequency noise. When the piston rod is bent or replaced with a new seal, the new seal is too tight, which will also cause a lot of noise. If the seal is too tight, the running-in noise can be reduced for a while. If the piston rod is bent, it needs to be corrected. In addition, hoses should be used as much as possible for hydraulic pipelines. Even in the layout of pipelines, vibration, and noise should be reduced, and dead bends in pipelines should be avoided as much as possible.
3. The hydraulic pump makes noise. When the hydraulic lifting platform is raised, the hydraulic pump tells the operator that if there is a problem with the gear or bearing of the hydraulic pump, it will cause periodic changes in the pressure of the hydraulic system, which will also cause resonance and noise in the hydraulic system.
4. The safety valve of the hydraulic lifting platform also produces high noise. When air is mixed into the hydraulic oil, the relief valve is stuck or severely worn, the fatigue deformation of the spring of the relief valve causes the pressure regulation of the relief valve to be unstable, and the pressure release time of the relief valve is too short, which easily leads to the performance of the pilot valve of the relief valve local stability. The noise is produced by causing the air to vibrate the pilot valve.
5. The noise of the hydraulic lifting platform is mainly caused by the failure of the mechanical mechanism of the hydraulic lifting platform. The main reasons for the increase in noise of hydraulic lifting platforms are as follows. The rollers on the upper and lower tables of the hydraulic lifting platform lifting mechanism are severely worn and deformed or the surface smoothness is poor, resulting in noise in the movement of the rollers in the guide groove or shaking of the hydraulic lifting platform. The main reasons are: the machining accuracy of the roll is not high, and the surface finish is poor; the roll is not heat-treated, and the hardness is not high enough; the surface of the guide groove is rough and the smoothness is poor, which aggravates the wear of the roll. In this case, qualified rolls should be replaced, and if the surface of the guide groove is rough, the surface of multiple guide grooves should also be treated.
6. Due to the long-term lack of lubricating oil, the lifting platform should also be damaged, resulting in large vibration or noise of the mobile drum. This treatment is very simple and can replace roller bearings.
7. When the hydraulic lifting platform is lifted or lifted due to a long-term lack of oil, the bushing or shaft connected to the arms or support rods of the hydraulic lifting platform is noisy. If the lubricating oil still does not work, you can add lubricating oil and check all The wear on the sleeve or shaft, if the wear is serious, you need to replace the sleeve or shaft.
8. When the fixed hydraulic lifting platform with a higher lifting height includes guide rails, if the bearings of the guide wheels or side wheels are damaged, the friction between the guide wheels and the guide rails will also produce severe noise during the lifting process. In this case, badly worn guide wheel bearings can be replaced.
