Maintain Security Rules:
1. The equipment should be operated and maintained by trained personnel.
2. After the first use of the platform and 200 hours of operation, the hydraulic oil should be replaced and the filter element should be cleaned. In the future, under normal circumstances, the oil should be cleaned and changed every six months, and the oil change cycle should be shortened as appropriate when used in places with a lot of wind, sand, and dust. Use No. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil in winter and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer.
3. When the platform is used for the first time or after long-term storage, each mechanism should be operated repeatedly without load to discharge the air in the hydraulic system. If necessary, the oil pipe joint can be loosened to discharge the air, and then the joint should be tightened after release.
4. Frequently check whether the hard pipes and hoses of the oil circuit are abnormally deformed and damaged, whether the pipe joints and the operation valve interface are leaking oil, and if any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
5. When the equipment is not in use, it is necessary to add a dust cover and store it properly. When the platform is not used for a long time, it should be sealed and stored, and the outriggers can be put away during storage. And check once a month, inflate the tires according to the regulations, run the platform without load once a month, check the operation of each mechanism, and deal with problems in time if found.
6. According to the frequency of use of the platform, check and maintain frequently.
